Prasad's framework and content was very helpful in building out the story builder feature in Revarta which is loved by many and folks are building rich story banks everyday.

In today's unpredictable environment anyone could potentially have a job search in their future and being prepared is the best "insurance policy" that one can invest in. Building and shaping stories is the best thing one can do to be always prepared for interviews.

The added bonus is that building stories is not just for interview prep but also for helping through performance review processes.

Thank you! Most people only start digging for stories once they already have interviews, which means they are trying to remember impact, metrics, conflicts years after events. The better move is to capture the raw material every month and create a better fact base for AI.

I think this matters even more when you zoom out from interviews to the whole job search. A strong story bank is one part of the operating system: target the right roles, build proof points, run outreach and iterate your resume. I wrote a related piece on my approach here:
