• Less is More

Learn the art of maximum impact with minimum words. Creating powerful STAR-format stories requires iterative practice to eliminate unnecessary details while preserving crucial impact points.

• Speak at a slower Pace

The interviewers are hearing your story for the first time, without any prior context. Speaking slowly and incorporating strategic pauses helps them comprehend and process your experiences effectively.
